The minutes of the meetings of 2nd and 7th November were taken as read and signed as correct.

It was reported that correspondence had been received from various Statutory Bodies and Agencies in connection with the undernoted items:

The Committee noted the information provided.

Planning Applications
Change of Opinion
Site of Former Ormeau Bakery, 307-341 Ormeau Road
The Committee considered further a proposal for the erection of a mesh-fabric advertising banner, which would be fixed to scaffolding during redevelopment works at the aforementioned site, in respect of which the Divisional Planning Manager had issued a revised opinion to approve the application.
The Committee concurred with the Divisional Planning Manager's opinion.

Application Withdrawn
It was noted that an application for the erection of four detached villas and two semi-detached townhouses on land at 15-17 Upper Lisburn Road had been withdrawn from the schedule.

The Committee noted a list of planning applications which had been approved under the Council's delegated authority by the Committee at its meeting on 2nd November.
New Applications
The Committee noted a list of planning applications which had been received by the Divisional Planning Manager in respect of the Belfast City Council area for the period from 20th October till 8th November.
