Policy and Resources Committee

Monday, 13th December, 2004

SPECIAL MEETING OF POLICY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE

Members present: Councillor Hartley (Chairman); and Councillors D. Browne, M. Browne, Lavery, McCann and Rodgers.

In attendance:

  • Mr. T. Salmon, Director of Corporate Services;
  • Mr. L. Steele, Head of Committee and Members’ Services;
  • Mr. G. Millar, Head of Urban Development; and
  • Mr. J. Hanna, Senior Committee Administrator.

Apology

An apology for inability to attend was reported from Councillor C. McGimpsey.

Council Office Accommodation – Lanyon Building, Jennymount Business Park

Pursuant to the Committee’s decision of 20th September, the Members visited the Lanyon Building, Jennymount Business Park and viewed the facilities thereat in connection with the need to acquire additional office accommodation on behalf of the Council.

At the conclusion of the meeting the Director of Corporate Services advised that a detailed report in relation to all the relevant issues would be submitted to a special meeting of the Committee.
